Meet Belinda Duncan, Director and Property Manager.
I established Duncan Property Management Services to give Christchurch owners a more personal and reliable approach. I manage a limited portfolio, so I know your property, your tenants and the work that needs attention.
You speak directly with me from the first appraisal through to ongoing management. I stay involved, communicate clearly and follow issues through to completion.
I have worked in property management in Christchurch for more than 10 years. Keeping the portfolio limited means each property gets real attention, and you do not need to repeat your property history to a new person each time you call.
